Shipping

When the shop opens, shipping to mainland Spain will be free for orders of €70 or more and €10 for lower orders. The threshold uses the product total after discounts. Domestic orders will be shipped with Correos España. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours, with a maximum of 72 hours from order confirmation; Sundays are excluded from this calculation. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries, surcharges, delivery times and terms will be quoted for the destination. The customer must accept the quote before confirming and paying for the order. Orders cannot be placed with an unaccepted shipping cost.

Returns and withdrawal

When consumer sales open, we will explain the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, the procedure, costs and legal exceptions for each product. No term may exclude consumers’ mandatory statutory rights.

Products and payments

Product pages will include features, intended use and relevant supplier documentation. The total price, taxes, charges, availability and accepted payment methods will be shown before purchase.

Offers and giveaways

Discounts will have transparent terms. Each giveaway will be announced with its rules, dates, eligibility requirements, prizes and selection method. No giveaways are currently open.
